HOME PURCHASE GUIDE

Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming in itself, but even more so when you are purchasing new construction.  At Greybrook Homes,

we strive to make the process as easy as possible, so we have provided a step-by-step timeline for you to follow. 

INITIAL STEPS

If you haven't done so, your initial steps in your journey start with determining the community or area of town you are interested in.  We have several

resources to help you with this. You can go to our 'Communities' page or 'Available Homes' page to view the communities and areas we build in.  If

you're still unsure, complete the 'Contact Us' form and we will assist you!

Once you have determined your community or area, we will connect you with the appropriate New Homes Specialist.  Greybrook Homes has dedicated

specialists who specialize in each community and location, and they will guide you through the process.

ONSITE VISIT & TOUR

When you are ready to view our community, or communities, in person, you and the New Homes Specialist will plan a day/time to meet on-site. During

this meeting, you will tour homes and homesites, review floorplans, and discuss all options available.  At any given time, we will have homes that are

under construction or even complete that are available for purchase.  These are called "spec homes".  Once all of your questions are answered, you will decide

if you want to purchase a spec home or if you want to start from the beginning.  There are advantages to each, and your New Homes Specialist is

equipped to help you determine what is best for you!  Once that decision is made, it's time to take the next step!
