We just recently built a home with Greybrook Homes and had an amazing experience. Logan, our project manager, went above and beyond to make sure we loved our home and everything was perfect. He sent weekly updates to our emails during the building process so we knew what was happening with our home, when inspections were, and if there were any setbacks due to rain delays or anything. He made sure he was available for any questions or concerns we had via call or text and would get back to us within a reasonable time frame. We just had our year review and he mentioned/double checked things I never would have thought of, and even pointed out something we had missed to make sure it was done properly. The things that needed to be fixed were resolved quickly (mainly patching up nail holes from the house settling). Overall, we had a great experience as first time home builders thanks to Logan and his team.

This is the first home purchase that allowed my husband and I to select options. Almost every step of the process was well supported by the Greybrook team. The only slight hiccup (a communication error) was remedied immediately. We even got to customize some things like our drop-zone and closets. Clayton and Elliot have been very responsive and patient. I was not able to attend closing and I have needed some information repeated. I have never felt stupid, ignored, or blown-off. Every question gets a timely response. Follow-up happens automatically. Just wrapped up our semi custom build with Greybrook homes. It was our first build experience, and as with everything I’m sure there are always a few hiccups along the road—however, we couldn’t be more content with our home! Logan, our project manager, handled everything with ease for us and always got on top of questions/concerns we had right away. We had a weekly email every Friday from Logan throughout the entire build process on what got completed and what was expected for the following week, which was great for us since we weren’t always able to get up there and check on things. We performed a third party pre drywall inspection and only ONE item came up on that inspection (very minor item). The inspector was very impressed, as were we! Truly shows the quality work in Greybrooks contractors! It was a pleasurable experience dealing with a smaller semi custom builder because I feel like anything we wanted or had questions about got relayed to the owner and then directly back to us—it seems like they really care to please their customers. Again, Logan was great to work with throughout the entire process & we feel lucky to have had him as our project manager on our new home!

We built our home with Greybrook in 2020 and we were very pleased with the process. Every concern we had was taken care of, and their team was responsive during a challenging time of the pandemic. No Builder is perfect, but after owning our home now for going on four years, I feel that the quality is fantastic and we have had no issues. If I could redo it again, I would use this Builder, but I would have more say in the landscaping As our sod grass has not turned out as I wished. We love our new home!! Although the process had its challenges due to pandemic shortages and other reasons, we are very happy with our home. The semi-custom approach allows our home to reflect our personal style. The quality is top notch and our third party inspector agreed!

No new home build is a five star, always areas to improve. We rate a 4 star because we are waiting for the completion and beautification of the Wildbrook community...allowing us to fully enjoy the neighborhood. Especially looking forward to the play area for the children.
